All warranties are from the manufacturer and not from U R the Importer. We do, however help facilitate repairs and parts replacement.

Terms and conditions:

Credit card on file or prepay with personal or company check.
The credit card is not charged or the check is not cashed until your order is on the water and a bill of lading has been issued.
Orders take a minimum of three weeks to receive, usually 6, and up to 10 weeks to receive. Orders don't ship until we have a full container.
U R the Importer is not responsible for delays due to the manufacturers delays.
All prices quoted are F O B Las Vegas NV.
All prices quoted include all Tariffs, Duties, Ocean freight charges, Handling fees, storage fees, Freight forwarder and broker fees, and Port fees.
We ship to you from Las Vegas by your choice of Fed-EX, UPS, or DHL for applicable packages, or by your choice of over the road freight companies. You pay the freight to the final destination from Las Vegas. Nevada residents add 7.75% sales tax. There are no hidden charges by us for loading or handling, no matter how big the shipping container.
